Once processed, your wallpaper will be shipped via reputed courier service and you can expect delivery within 8-12 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.

Return Policy:

We strive for your complete satisfaction with Daswallpaper’s custom creations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your wallpaper is in production. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product or if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at hello@daswallpaper.com within 2 days of receipt.

To report an issue, provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect wallpaper and your order number. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request the return of the original product before issuing a replacement.
